Hank Goldsby

Hank Goldsby has 30 + years of Commercial Banking experience in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte Counties, for which he now serves as Director of Business Development for the firm. He was a Founding Organizer, President, and Director of First America Bank, having also served in both a Chief Operating Officer and Chief Lending Officer capacity. Hank has an extensive background in Commercial Lending, having served as Senior Lender for three Banks within the S.W. Florida Region.

Steven Aldrich has extensive experience managing projects in the commercial real estate, construction, and technology industries. As both a Consultant and Project Manager to executive-level decision makers, Steve has worked closely with Commercial Realtors, Architects, Engineers, and Construction & Finance Managers. He recognizes the value in assembling a team, building consensus, and managing expectations within defined time lines. Steve can readily ascertain a Client's needs and coordinate the available resources both within SBC, and with its’ established Business Partners, in meeting those needs.
